make money. Sometimes her father beats her mother. She
is a shy girl. Her parents do not take good care of
her, and don’t look after her uniform and hair
or keep her clean. Her mind is not open, she is hesitant
and tense. She needs more love because her home environment

wives but his income is very low. He has a small grains
shop. He is often sick and the school looks after his
medical and nutrition needs. Both mothers always quarrel
with each other so his home is not peaceful and his
father drinks wine most days.” |

work so they live with his grandfather who is also very
poor. He has two brothers and two sisters. He does not
eat regularly and his health is not good which makes

they do not have a good income because they have no
land, just a small roadside tea-shop. The school also
takes care of her brother.” |
“She is an orphan
and lives with her grandmother who is very poor and
really too old to help. One of her older brothers was
murdered last year. She still has one other married
brother but he does not take much interest. In 2001
she was diagnosed with TB, however she is now recovered
and is a good student who we consider one of our success
